Cleft Lip Revision - Dr. Howard has been a world leader for over 25 years in the field of reconstructive surgery on children born with Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate. Dr. Howard is currently accepting patients ages 10 years old and older in need of cleft lip/nose surgery. Dr. Howard only accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
