Dr. Howard has patients from all over the world to seek his expertise in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.  Dr. Howard has seen patients from England, Italy, The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Romania, and Venezuela to just name a few.   

 

Our Staff is ready to help assist you through the complicated process of travelling to the States for surgery.  We have a unique system designed to prepare you for surgery through internet video conferencing and email.  Payment for surgical services is expected two weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date via major credit card or Western Union.
